Research Highlights: 

We are interested in understanding the complex relationships between sequence, structure, functions and interactions of proteins using computational analysis of biological data. We develop new approaches to predict and model protein structures, function and interactions. We are also interested in addressing some of the fundamental questions in protein science such as the implications of protein evolution in biological processes and pathways, signal transduction and host - pathogen interactions.
