Research Highlights: 

Professor Manju Bansal's group is active in the area of analysis, modelling and simulation of biological structures using computational methods. The main aims of her research work are: (1) The development of new computational tools for the analysis and modelling of both nucleic acid and protein structures. (2) The use of in-house developed bioinformatics tools to create databases which provide new insight into the structure, function and intermolecular interactions of biopolymers. (3) To carry out high-end molecular dynamics simulations of nucleic acid structures to get better insight into structural variables and protein-nucleic acid interactions.
